Care Professional

About the Role
The Senior Care Professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and care professionals. This will involve supporting clients directly, conducting monthly client quality assurance checks and reviews, and being available to cover calls as requested.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with their daily needs and activities
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks and reviews to ensure high standards of care
- Be available to cover calls and provide support as needed
- Work collaboratively with care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Full training will be provided
- QCF and NVQ qualifications available
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a COVID-safe environment
