About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Dietitian to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Specialist Dietitian, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the dietetic service across our hospital, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness and complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing dietetic clinical services on an individual and group basis
  • Completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and establishing effective communication with patients and their carers
  • Implementing and developing evidence-based therapeutic activities to aid patient mental health recovery

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Dietetics
  • HCPC Registration
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 & CPA
  • Experience of working in a similar setting
