Job Title: Sales Manager - New Car Division

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our New Car Division at Listers Volkswagen Dealership in Coventry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a developing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to exceed their expectations
• Achieve agreed sales targets for new cars within defined operating and financial guidelines
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their monthly KPIs
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution
• Support the sales team in daily operations, including customer contact, sales funnel management, and deal building
