Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist in Respiratory Rotations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, developing your clinical skills and leadership abilities.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in respiratory rotations, including critical care, surgical wards, and emergency therapy teams. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and training to staff and patients.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, working closely with the Band 7 Therapists and Principal Therapists to provide supervision and support to staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • A degree or diploma in physiotherapy
  • At least 18 months of experience as a physiotherapist in an acute setting
  • Experience of supporting and supervising staff
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
