Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Patrol Dog Handler to join our team at ICTS Europe. As a key member of our security detail, you will be responsible for conducting public reassurance patrols and assisting clients with the reduction of antisocial behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-profile, proactive canine patrols to promote security procedures and provide specialist advice where necessary.
  • Respond to requests for dog and handler searches, and transport yourself and your dog to deployments and training.
  • Supervise and control the dog in compliance with legislation and BS8517, and collaborate closely with clients to ensure service provision meets targets.
  • Identify and report any security risks to the client and your manager.

Requirements:

  • An SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence is essential.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Full UK driving Licence (no more than six points) and five years checkable history.
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check (CRC) to the required standard and right to work in the UK.
  • HABC Level 2 GP qualification, including owning dogs trained to level 2 and sociable, and a BS compliant vehicle.
