Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's UK legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business, with a focus on commercial contracts, compliance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice and support to the business on commercial contracts, including partnership and collaboration agreements, heads of terms, and IT and SaaS agreements.
  • Supporting the Quality & Risk team with reviewing and drafting policies.
  • Training unit manager teams across the country on new legislation, best practice, and training.
  • Managing disputes, including complaints and external lawyers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial contracts, compliance, and training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an opportunistic outlook and commercial risk appetite.
