We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and drive innovation across our business. As an AI Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to develop and launch new AI-driven offerings
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with AI strategy and objectives

Requirements

  • Exceptional experience in delivering AI solutions to meet business needs
  • Commercially sound and a strategic thinker
  • Background in innovation around technology and strategy building
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and articulate an appropriate business case for their delivery
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and gregarious personality to build strong relationships
  • Strong financial awareness and ability to forecast and deliver to budget
  • Outstanding knowledge of existing and proposed AI/Automation technology and technology vendors
