Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our AI strategy. This will involve working closely with our data science and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and developing solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Work closely with data science and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation
  • Develop and deliver AI solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with AI strategy and objectives
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and startups to drive AI innovation

Requirements

  • Exceptional experience in delivering AI solutions to meet business needs
  • Commercially sound and a strategic thinker
  • Background in innovation around technology and strategy building
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and articulate an appropriate business case for their delivery
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and gregarious personality to build strong relationships
  • Strong financial awareness and ability to forecast and deliver to budget
  • Outstanding knowledge of existing and proposed AI/ Automation technology and technology vendors
