We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team at SNG Formerly Sovereign Housing Association. As an integral part of our organisation, you will play a key role in establishing a resilient environment that aligns with our strategic objectives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust incident management and business continuity frameworks that support operational resilience.
- Ensure operational resilience aligns with our Enterprise Control framework.
- Lead the development and execution of incident management processes, ensuring an efficient business response to any disruptions and defining clear roles and responsibilities in these events.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate resilience strategies across our process landscape, ensuring resilience and continuity plans support and enhance the internal control environment.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops focused on incident management and business continuity, and their role in organisational resilience.
- Establish the means to test and evaluate the effectiveness of operational resilience frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within incident management and business continuity, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational resilience frameworks.
- Experience leading incident management processes, including post-incident reviews to identify learnings.
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to implement solutions, translating frameworks into altered business practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise and influence where required.
- Experience of developing training and facilitating workshops focused on incident management and business continuity.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the housing or social services sector would be beneficial.
