Are you passionate about child rights education and eager to make a meaningful impact in Scotland's schools? We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Professional Adviser to join our Rights Respecting Schools Team at UNICEF UK.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in implementing the Rights Respecting Schools Award (RRSA) in Scotland and across the UK. Your expertise in child rights education and experience in school settings will enable you to support schools in delivering our online training, conducting accreditations, and writing supportive and developmental reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Authority colleagues to ensure ongoing school engagement with RRSA.
- Deliver high-quality online training and conduct accreditations to support schools in their rights respecting journey.
- Write informative and developmental reports to support schools in their progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the CRC and the UK education landscape.
- Well-developed ICT and communication skills with a clear capacity to collaborate with colleagues and support schools.
- High levels of personal drive and motivation with a proven commitment to effective teamwork and delivering positive change for children.
