Job Summary:
Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an efficient patient administration system for physiotherapy patients using a computerized system (SAP).
- Oversee the accurate completion of charge sheets for outpatients and inpatients, and ensure proper charging for consumables.
- Organize and coordinate outpatient clinics, including classes, pre-op assessments, and patient discharge processes.
- Respond to patient and public inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems.
- Develop strong communication skills to interact with patients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize MS Office suite to perform administrative tasks.
