Respiratory Care Specialist

Chemistree Solutions is a leading service provider driving healthcare strategies to deliver measurable outcomes in Respiratory, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular disease areas. This exciting opportunity is for a Respiratory Care Specialist who will work as part of an expanding National Respiratory team, delivering the highest quality of care to improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines working in primary care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct COPD/Asthma patient reviews either via telephone or through a video-consultation or in general practice where appropriate according to need. Support healthcare professionals/patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways in Asthma and COPD. Work in partnership with the NHS in primary care, delivering a unique nursing programme which will focus closely on driving best practice, delivering excellent patient care and improving patient outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for a defined geographical area and require excellent planning & organisational skills along with confident driving. You will need to be flexible in relation to travel and occasionally stay away from home as required by the business.
Benefits
