About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about logistics and has a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures. You will be responsible for handling import and export documentation, coordinating shipments, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance
- Coordinate shipments and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and meet client needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export operations, freight forwarding, or a related logistics role
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, including CDS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
