We are seeking an experienced Automotive Bus and Coach Technical Trainer to join our team at GTG Training in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and education to apprentices and commercial delegates in a safe and controlled environment.
- Utilize current methods and stay up-to-date with technological developments and vocational CPD.
- Assess trainees' knowledge, skills, and behaviours according to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and Curriculum Manager to develop training and assessment processes and resources.
- Provide welfare support and guidance to apprentices and employers.
- Industry-recognised qualification in Automotive Maintenance and Repair Level 3 Bus and Coach or equivalent.
- English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
- Proven track record with electrical diagnosis and ability to use modern automotive technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional training.
- Competitive salary range of £35k - £40k, subject to qualifications, experience, and successful completion of KPIs.
- Generous benefits package, including 33 days' annual leave, private healthcare, and life assurance.
- Vocational CPD opportunities and a full UK driving licence for subject specialism.
