**About the Role**

We're currently recruiting for a Shift Manager to join our team in Ilkeston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

As a shift manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our takeaway site.

You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Lead a team of customer service and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including shift rotas, stock control, and cleaning schedules.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
