Branded Residence Development Lead

This position involves a range of responsibilities centered around establishing branded residences standards. Key accountability includes identifying and evaluating potential projects and owners globally as part of the global development team.
You will contribute to defining and executing the branded residences development strategy, implementing necessary policies and procedures, conducting thorough project analyses, structuring business deals, negotiating contracts, and securing internal approvals.
A key aspect of this role is collaborating with the executive team to understand the company's strategic priorities. You will also coordinate with internal departments (Design, Finance, Marketing, and Brand) to define Langham's unique positioning for The Langham Branded Residences.
