Residential Care Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to residents. As a Care Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the home meets the required standards.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate: Oversee daily operations, cultivate a positive work environment, and motivate your team
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure CQC standards are met, maintaining excellence in care delivery
- Performance Improvement: Regularly monitor and improve performance, ensuring best practices across the board
- Budget Oversight: Oversee budgets to maintain efficient operations
- Risk Management: Proactively manage and address risks to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven Experience: In managing nursing or residential care homes
- Strong Expertise: In CQC standards and requirements
- NMC Pin (Desirable): A valid NMC pin is preferred but not essential
