We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team at Resource Management Solutions.

About the Role:

  • As an Automotive Refinish Technician, you will be responsible for performing minor paint repairs using SMART techniques to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
  • You will work under the Workshop Shift Manager, applying water/solvent-based finishing materials and carrying out masking, sanding, and colour-matching.
  • Maintaining workshop tools and ensuring health & safety compliance are also key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements:

  • To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver's license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
  • You will also need to be reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills and a team player are essential for this role.
