About the People Operations Generalist Role

NuServe Ltd is seeking a skilled People Operations Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to line managers and employees.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
  • Managing employee life cycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Supporting business projects and initiatives, such as TUPE transfers and HR system implementations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with managers and staff at all levels to ensure effective HR support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations principles.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
