This role involves directly managing our team of HR Advisors and overseeing all casual HR issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Business Partner on people-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR for Casual Workers in the catering and hospitality sector and be able to manage and develop a team. They will also provide onsite and virtual support to various stakeholders, manage a large and varied case load, and ensure compliance with local employment laws within the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of HR Advisors to deliver comprehensive HR guidance and support on variable workforce relations and management,
  • Support the HR Business Partner to develop and implement a strategic people plan,
  • Work closely with regional teams to advise on variable people management issues,
  • Provide professional leadership, support, and development to the HR team, increasing knowledge, sharing best practice, and ensuring professional standards are met,
  • Support continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience,
