The Role
We have a great opportunity for a strong Reward Partner looking to develop a career within Sports / Leisure industry. Assuch, this role requires a passionate and proactive individual, who can manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business.
Specifically, the role will manage the provision and delivery of employee benefits and financial services, in particular the company pension schemes.

Responsibilities include:

- Support the People Director in developing and maintaining a clear reward strategy and annual reward activity in line with the organisation and people strategy.
- Manage the strategy, development, communication and administration of all reward, benefits, recognition and wellbeing offerings.
- Manage annual benefits renewals, sourcing and negotiating with benefits providers and maintaining and developing vendor relationships.
- Manage the relationships with all benefit providers. Specifically, work with our pension providers and Trustees to maintain to develop an effective pension strategy.
- Manage the annual salary and bonus review cycle from the planning phase through to implementation. Lead the design and development of all company and individual bonus plans for employees.
- Provide reward expertise for Executive level reward matters. Regularly attend and contribute to the Board remuneration committee meetings, preparing and presenting papers where appropriate. Support the HR Director in communicating reward content and ideasto the Executive team and other senior stakeholders
- Stay informed and implement change as required of external developments in reward and reward best practice including market developments, competitor practice, industry norms and trends and legislative and regulatory developments. Provide quality benchmarkingdata, sourcing appropriate and robust market data for the People team.
- Manage other annual and ad-hoc reward projects throughout the year (e.g., Gender pay gap reporting)
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on all reward issues (and using the online platform) responding in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Work with People Business Partners to ensure reward policies are fit for purpose and assess effectiveness of reward policies and processes
Qualifications and Experience:

- Educated to degree standard or equivalent qualifications/experience with CIPD or further qualification in HR/Reward related area ideal
- Significant experience of working in a reward environment in a management capacity, ideally in a stand-alone reward role or in a mid-size organisation, delivering and administrating suite of reward solutions.
- Track record of achievement in a management or Reward Partner role
- Experience of partnering directly with senior leaders
- Comprehensive understanding of Reward best practice and trends
- Experience of annual pay and bonus cycles and associated salary and benefits benchmarking and working with relevant providers
- Experience in pension administration would be ideal
- Experience of negotiating employee benefits (e.g., insurances, health provision)
- Experience of managing budgets
