We are seeking an Environmental Attorney to join our team at BCL Legal in New York. The ideal candidate will have concentrated experience in environmental litigation, defense of enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with working with the EPA, NOAA, Fish and Wildlife, the DOI, and state agencies is preferred. Experience advising clients on business decisions relating to emerging environmental issues, regulatory requirements, liability exposure, and public relations matters is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the technical aspects of environmental operations, sediment-based contamination, and remediation
  • Working with environmental consultants
  • Advising clients on business decisions

Compensation and Benefits:

$310,000 - $390,000 per year, sign-on bonus, and yearly bonus, full benefits
