Environmental Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Associate to join our team at BCL Legal in New York.
The ideal candidate will have concentrated experience in environmental litigation, defense of enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with working with the EPA, NOAA, Fish and Wildlife, the DOI, and state agencies is preferred.
Responsibilities will include advising clients on business decisions relating to emerging environmental issues, regulatory requirements, liability exposure, and public relations matters. The successful candidate will also have experience reviewing the technical aspects of environmental operations, sediment-based contamination, and remediation, as well as working with environmental consultants.
Compensation: $310,000 - $390,000
Bonus: Sign-on bonus and yearly bonus
