Job Title: Creative Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team at BEAUTY BAY. As a key member of our Brand Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate high-quality, visually engaging social media content that resonates with our Gen-Z audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure social media content supports and enhances product launches, brand campaigns, and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, pop culture, and social media trends to create content that resonates with our audience.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of social media content to optimize strategies, increase engagement, and drive results.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media content, ensuring alignment with BEAUTY BAY's brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar Social Media role is essential (12-18 months).
  • Experience within Content Creation & Social Media reporting is advantageous.
  • Retail/E-Commerce experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider Social & Brand Team.
  • Strong understanding of video and stills production for social media.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
