Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our HR and Organisational Development Team as a Learning and Development Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our transformation journey and contribute to enabling the organisation to achieve its outcomes and create the best employee experience.
As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives in response to operational and strategic business needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and external contacts to co-design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions, keeping abreast of development within the learning and development field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance to managers, employees, customers, and stakeholders on the full range of learning and development programmes and activities.
- Working with the Organisational Development and Learning Advisors to develop and deliver learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external contacts to co-design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions.
- Keeping abreast of development within the learning and development field and co-designing/developing/delivering effective learning solutions.
