Primary SEND Teacher

Graduately Developing Futures is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We are looking for a Primary SEND Teacher to join our team based in Dorset. As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to children with SEN and SEMH difficulties. We are committed to helping students develop into confident and successful individuals who are responsible and capable of reaching their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the primary school sector, SEN experience, good classroom behavioural management, speech and language therapy and outdoor education environments. You will be responsible for setting tasks for your students and working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure their needs are met. We require a candidate who can provide social and emotional support to help students feel comfortable in a learning environment.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in primary school sector
- SEN experience
- Good classroom behavioural management
- Speech and language therapy experience
- Outdoor education environments
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including a DBS check contribution and opportunities for professional development.
