Hospital Director
Nuffield Health Leicester is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the operational performance of our hospital. As a Hospital Director, you will be responsible for managing the hospital's leadership team and creating a culture that embodies our 'We care' values and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop diverse relationships with consultants, GPs, the NHS, and other external bodies to drive a patient-centric culture.
- Ensure continued development of external support networks and meet all CQC requirements.
- Deliver profitable growth and operational efficiency, identifying and mobilizing commercial opportunities where appropriate.
- Drive the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and inspiring your people.
