As a Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, you will ensure continued development of external support networks and be accountable for meeting all CQC requirements, utilizing and drawing on expertise within the relevant support functions where appropriate.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operational performance of the hospital, including full financial and budget responsibility.
* Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency, ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilized where appropriate.
* Driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first, and inspiring your people.
* Proven experience of driving revenue growth and accountability for budgets, PNL, and operating costs.
