We are recruiting a Qualified Teacher to work in our schools supporting children with special educational needs in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, effective behaviour management techniques, and the ability to tailor their teaching approach to meet individual student needs.
Package DetailsThe annual salary for this position is £38,000, paid through a PAYE scheme. You will also benefit from professional development advice and support, as well as a referral scheme to facilitate collaboration among our team members.
Main Responsibilities- To develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- To establish positive relationships with internal staff and external partners.
- To contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- A qualified teacher with experience working in SEND settings.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and policies affecting SEND education.
