We are excited to offer a challenging opportunity for a Customer Retention and Business Development Advisor to join our dynamic Consumer Sales team.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who can identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through customer retention, upselling, and acquiring new customers.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information and resolving customer queries.
  • Analyse customer data to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with other teams to contribute to the overall goals of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products quickly.
  • Previous experience in Telesales or Telecoms environment.

We anticipate the salary for this role to be around $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
