Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Assistant/Administrator to join our team at Wynne Consulting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader in Robotics Automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and related documents within the ERP system with accuracy.
  • Arrange logistics for local project requirements and manage deliveries from our European Customisation and Distribution Centre in Luxembourg.
  • Order fulfillment of products, hardware options, and other project-related equipment.
  • Support customs processes for company equipment, including commercial invoices.
  • Process project closures, pick slips, invoices, and related project documents within the ERP system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, freight providers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate sales order data to ensure timely project delivery and invoice dates.
  • Investigate, monitor, record, and resolve customer/internal queries for quality control.
  • Support the Supply Chain and Logistics team and wider teams to meet department and business KPIs.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar position.
  • Desirable: Order processing experience.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office package (JDE or SAP knowledge is advantageous).
  • Excellent time management, planning, and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to support or lead local or group-based projects and implementations.
