Job Description

Job Title: Avionic Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Avionic Supervisor to join our team at Michael Page. As an Avionic Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of avionic systems on the Typhoon fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of avionic systems
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are conducted in accordance with approved data and procedures
  • Compile and maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance tasks
  • Conduct independent inspections and task evaluations
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and processes
  • Collaborate with the RAF and other stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance and repair of avionic systems

Requirements:

  • ONC level or equivalent military training
  • Experience in Typhoon Q and Typhoon Maintenance
  • Intensive knowledge of Depth Maintenance documentation (ESS/IMS and associated toolsets)
  • Knowledge of quality procedures, processes, and specifications and approved Maintenance Organisation (MAOS MIL Pt145)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
