Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled midwife to join our team in the fetal medicine unit. As a midwife with post-registration experience, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise to our maternity service and make a positive impact on the lives of women and their families.

Main Responsibilities

As a midwife in our fetal medicine unit, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and babies during their pregnancy, birth, and aftercare.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of care pathways and guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contributing to the education and training of junior staff members.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
