About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inclusion Support Worker to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with additional SEND needs, including cognition and learning, communication and interaction, and sensory and complex needs.
  • Work under the direction of the Senior Leader for Inclusion and class teachers.
  • Lead personalized provision for individual pupils in line with their SEND support plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group work.
  • Develop strong working partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other agencies.
  • Be responsive to children's individual needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Engage and re-engage children facing multiple barriers to school engagement.
  • Support and nurture parental links, working towards the expectations outlined in the SEND Code of Practice 2014.

  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across the primary age range.
  • Sustained commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in developing language and communication skills.
