About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Barrow Day Nursery and Preschool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements.
