About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Livability. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from their person-centered support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as needed.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with the opportunity to earn an additional £60 per sleep-in.
