Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Lammas Lodge in Hereford, part of Priory Adult Care.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, or mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with their daily lives, encouraging independence and promoting personal growth.
  • Participate in exciting activities outside of the home, including day trips and charity events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
