Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer Stirling The Thistle Shopping Centre. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including toys, games, and other products sold in the store.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including displaying products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Confident and approachable communication style.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
