Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Assistant at American Golf, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. Your mission is to deliver an unparalleled service experience, guiding golfers towards the right products and helping them achieve their golfing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute our proven sales process, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention through expert guidance and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • Passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales and retail experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
