Clinical Research Fellow in Advanced Radiotherapy

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Fellow to join our team in the Department of Radiotherapy Related Research at The Christie NHS FT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain specialist training in advanced radiotherapy and contribute to world-leading cancer research.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit patients for clinical trials, analyse data, and present findings
- Conduct translational research in collaboration with CRUK National Biomarker Centre
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a collaborative working environment
- Support the Lung Cancer Research Team in the delivery of clinical trials
- Undertake projects related to radiotherapy-related research, including patient recruitment, data analysis, and protocol development
Person Specification
- Postgraduate qualifications in medicine, such as the MRCP or equivalent
- FRCR or equivalent
- GMC registration
- Experience in oncology and lung cancer
- Experience in clinical trials and translational research
- Ability to work with the multidisciplinary team
