About This Opportunity

A leading Contractor is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Pre-construction Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of pre-construction administration and systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate pre-construction activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and supply chain partners.
  3. Deliver market-leading quality/bid documents within tight tender timescales.
  4. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Schedule site visits to assess construction-related items and potential constraints.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new business opportunities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, maintaining expertise in IT and software applications.
  8. Hold relevant certifications, including CSCS - Managers Card, SMSTS, and driving license.

The role offers a salary of around £55,000 per year, a dynamic work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
