Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Administrator to join our team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on a range of projects across various sectors, from inception to completion.

About the Company

Our client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of the region's largest developments. Projects can range from £500k to £50 million, providing a fantastic range and size of projects.

The Role

As a Construction Project Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting a team of experienced Chartered professionals and getting involved in a variety of projects. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across multiple sectors, which provides an excellent chance to develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements
  • A construction-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Some experience working within the Construction industry as either a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineer, or Building Surveyor
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A willingness to work towards your APC and become Chartered
