About the Role:

Carrington West is seeking an experienced E&P Project Engineer to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our electrical engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects, planning work, and supervising a team of Electrical Supervisors and Electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Plan and coordinate work packages, including ordering work sheets and supervising a team of Electrical Supervisors and Electricians.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing delays.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an E&P Project Engineer with a strong background in Stations Rewires & Signalling Power.
  2. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of Electrical Supervisors and Electricians.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
