Care Assistant

Meallmore is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team at Kinmylies Care Home in Inverness. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents, adhering to individual care plans and Meallmore standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment, engaging in activities and promoting resident wellbeing.
- Collaborate with care staff and wider teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform personal care duties, including assisting with daily living tasks.
- Working towards SSSC registration requirements.
- SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
