The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for administering JCT contracts, conducting site valuations, preparing detailed reports for our architecture team, and developing pricing schedules for residential projects valued between £100k and £500k, including house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer JCT contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Conduct site valuations to provide accurate cost estimates
  • Prepare detailed reports for our architecture team to inform project decisions
  • Develop pricing schedules for residential projects, considering factors such as house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds
Requirements
  • For Senior Applicants: A self-motivated professional who can work independently without supervision
  • For Junior Applicants: Some experience in quantity surveying is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Work in a hybrid role that offers flexibility, especially for senior candidates
  • Engage with a variety of projects that will challenge and develop your skills
