About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our team at Meddygfa Rhydbach. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Phlebotomy and laboratory sample processing
  • Administration of vaccines and medications
  • ECG recording and basic wound care
  • New patient health checks and health surveillance
  • Assisting with minor operations and procedures
  • Stock management and re-stocking of medical supplies
  • Chaperoning duties and supporting patients

Person Specification

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in a general practice or healthcare environment
  • Ability to work under indirect supervision
