- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed robust project management standards and best practices.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers to ensure development and succession planning.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and office working.
