Community Engagement Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a Community Engagement Officer to join our team and play a key role in improving estates through effective community engagement and anti-social behaviour management.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of community engagement principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within the Housing Management/ASB sector and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective community engagement strategies
- Building relationships with local community groups and partner agencies
- Conducting viewings and tenancy visits
- Dealing with general anti-social behaviour
- Progressing ASB cases to resolution
- Undertaking regular estate inspections
