Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of financial due diligence engagements, report writing, and interpretation and analysis of information provided.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements
  • Report writing and analysis
  • Interpretation and analysis of information provided
  • Stakeholder management and data room management
  • Support delivery of other key elements of the acquisitions process, including the preparation of valuations, offer letters, and heads of terms
  • Support delivery of other ad-hoc projects, playing a supporting role to senior members within the team
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in financial services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Previous experience in financial services would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT software packages
