Key Responsibilities

  • Interpretation and analysis of information provided
  • Stakeholder management and data room management
  • Support delivery of other key elements of the acquisitions process

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Previous Financial Services work would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to produce concise business correspondence
